and have put into place environmentally sustainable practices based on sound environmental objectives according to the individual environmental
requirements of their property. For example implementing resource-conscious policies to conserve water, energy and electricity
and reducing waste at every opportunity. Self sufficiency measures such as growing fruit and vegetables and utilising locally sourced produce that
the immediate environment and community produce to cut down on associated pollution through transportion and again minimising energy consumption
and waste and thus also encouraging a thriving community.

The individual properties offered below have been carefully selected by us according to generally recognised standard
criteria and on visiting each property we have been fully satisfied and convinced that these criteria have been met.

Country farmhouses set on traditional working farms which engage in organic farming, small estates sustainably built
following eco principles, ancient buildings renovated and restored with reused stone and natural materials maintaining the traditional look.
All these properties offer a high standard of accommodation and have been developed according to ecologically sustainable and
environmentally friendly concepts and in keeping as close as possible to their original and most natural state.
Many of the properties offer exciting adventure tours of their farm, giving you the opportunity of taking a closer look at the world
of organic agricultural farming and discovering and learning more about organic produce.
Especially families with children will enjoy discovering and experiencing the adventurous nature-based surroundings as well as
appreciating a healthy lifestyle of organic produce direct from the farm. Children will have fun helping out with feeding the
