Guest Rooms:	Each of the 5 spacious guestrooms includes its own private bathroom and contains a double bed, a bunk bed, wardrobe, desk, TV and fridge. The house is complete with central heating. 1st floor guestrooms 4 of the rooms are on the first floor, 2 of which have a large balcony with table and chairs.
	Ground floor guestroom The guest room on the ground floor has access and facilities for disabled guests, including bathroom. There is a private garden area with table and chairs and a covered veranda. Pets are also permitted. The entrance to the building by the pool with toilets has wheelchair access.
Communal Areas:	The kitchen and lounge area are situated on the ground floor and are for communal use. There is also a furnished veranda leading from the lounge, ideal for enjoying breakfast and outside dining. The communal rooms are also used by the hosts for the preparation of meals and tasting sessions for guests.
Agriculture:	This traditional agricultural farm produces mainly vegetables all year round. Our guests can take advantage of a complimentary tour of the farm and the opportunity of a closer look at the cultivation and harvesting of the crops.
Extra Services:	Our hosts also organise tasting sessions of their produce and prepare typical Tuscan dishes together with guests.
Area:	You will come across many interesting archaeological excavations, as well as characteristic villages and places swamped with history and Tuscan tradition nearby. For nature lovers there is the "Macchia della Magona" with 16 hiking and bridal paths and there are also routes for mountain biking. This imposing wooded region belonging to the community of Bibbona covers an area of over 1.600 hectares.
