The Maisonette - Apartment The southern-facing wing of the house, which is very sunny and bright, is available for private rent. The owners themselves live in the northern wing. From all windows and glass doors you have stunning, unobstructive views of the garden and the rolling Tuscan hills, so characteristic of this picturesque region. The apartment is open-plan and built on 2 floors with approximately 75m2. The entrance leads from the private garden into the living and dining room which has a small kitchenette equipped with microwave, gas cooker, fridge and american coffee machine. A wood burning oven provides warmth during the cooler months and a satellite flatscreen TV and stereo are also provided for your comfort. Adjacent is the bathroom which also has a view of the garden. A wooden spiral staircase leads to the bedroom above which has a cosy reading corner and doors which open out to a small balcony with panoramic views ! The Garden The private garden for guests is framed with cork oak trees and beech trees and lavender and rosemary bushes provide that typical mediterranean scent. Sun beds and an outdoor dining area have been provided on the lawn at guests disposal and an antique stone oven with barbeque area is also available. The grounds are enclosed with fencing ! Your Hosts The Swiss-Italian couple, with two sons, two dogs, cats and horses, are your hosts. This warm and friendly family are happy to provide tips and suggestions and any information you may require to enrich your holiday and by all means will not intrude on your privacy.
