All the buildings, which include the manor and adjoining houses, the outbuildings and the wine cellars, have been restored using
traditional materials such as terracotta clay, wood and wrought iron, thus preserving their original charm and flair. All the apartments are in keeping with the charm and beauty of the original house and furnished in the traditional Tuscan style with
antique furniture, maintaing that romantic ambience of a previous age. Characterised throughout too with exposed wooden beam ceilings
and wrought iron beds in all the bedrooms. All the units are equipped with modern conveniences.

THE MANOR HOUSE:
The manor house is divided into 6 apartments. Divided between the 1st and 2nd floors are 2 large, spacious and very bright apartments.
On the ground floor there are 4 comfortable 2-room apartments.
Apartment AL5

- summer residence used solely by the proprietor

- approx. 160 sq m divided between 1st and 2nd floor (tower)

To the left and right of the manor are 3 neighbouring houses:

Neighbour House 1 contains 2 apartments:
CI2 and GI3, that can be inter-connected through double doors.
Neighbour House 2 contains 3 x 2-room apartments:
O2V, O2M and GI2.
In Neighbour House 3 is the main reception and a 2-room apartment ME2
Neighbouring House 1
To the right of the Manor House is the Neighbouring House 1.
Completely restored using traditional materials such as terracotta clay, wood and wrought iron,
this converted barn has maintained its original charming character
awarding the 2 apartments with a warm and romantic atmosphere. The original architecture
and some of the original features, such as the wooden beams, have been retained.
The 2 apartments can be inter-connected to make a 5-room apartment for complete private use.

The living room opens out to a garden patio area with magnificent views of the surrounding landscape and a further
gate leads to the private, south-facing terrace with view of the swimming pool ( 100 m ). The apartment can be inter-connected with apartment
GI3 through double doors.

The living room opens out to a garden patio area with magnificent views of the surrounding landscape.
It can be inter-connected with apartment CI2 through double doors.
Neighbouring House 2
On the other side of the courtyard, to the right of the manor, is the Neighbouring House 2.
This building was once a barn for storing and drying out the hay. Though completely restored, the original architecture
and some of the original features have been retained. For example one can see several slits on the upper
outside walls which originally allowed for air to circulate in order to dry out the grass. Today the slits have been
covered and sealed with glass allowing sunlight through but no air! Through the use of the light, as well as
traditional materials such as terracotta clay, wood and wrought iron, this converted barn has maintained its
original charming character awarding the apartments with a warm and romantic atmosphere.
